    Peterson Technologies offers medical through CareFirst, to include an optional Health Savings Account (HSA).  Medical premiums are pre-tax and company subsidized with a generous employer contribution to the HSA.

    A choice of two dental plans affords access to a wide network of dentists both inside and outside the Mid-Atlantic region.  Dental premiums are company subsidized.

    Peterson Technologies is proud to offer a robust retirement plan!  We contribute a combined total of 12% to the employee's 401k, regardless of the employee's contribution.
  • Personal Time Off
    Peterson Technologies believes in giving the employee the power to find work-life balance, therefore offers an incredibly flexible and beneficial PTO benefit. For every hour worked, Peterson Technologies contributes a percentage of the employee's hourly rate toward the PTO plan. This is equivalent to six weeks of PTO for a full-time employee, with the opportunity to accrue more.
  • Flexible Time
    Hourly employees of Peterson Technologies are paid at an hourly rate for all hours worked and for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours.
